This townhome was all about location, so we emphasized that in the video by highlighting the community. We also added to the perception of size by using some optionally purchased movement shots.

Golf Course House - Silver Creek, San Jose, CA

This house was all about the lavish details. We made sure to zoom in and capture these features, as well as guide the viewer through the amazing floorplan.

Hilltop Mansion - Walsh Road, Menlo Park, CA

This mansion, listed at $22 million, was on the market for over a year before we taped it. Once we put the video on the web, an out of state buyer was able to find it and close a deal within a month.
